Please NOTE that if you have made a mistake in purchasing one of the Chi

Medics courses, you do not have an automatic right to a refund, as the online

course is not faulty.

Please refrain from proceeding with the training.

We do have the means to check if the course has been accessed.

If it has not been accessed, we will discuss a refund with you.
